Results for examinations will be published to students in their PROVISIONAL STATEMENT OF RESULTS on results day. Students who cannot collect their results on the day MUST follow the procedures outlined below.

Collection by Third Party (student’s representative)

If the student is unable to collect their results and is sending a representative, the student must email the exams officer v.pettifer@barnwell.herts.sch.uk confirming the name of the representative. For A Levels they must attend between 8am and 10am and for GCSEs they must attend between 8am and 10:30am on the results day.

Collection by student or student’s representative after Results Day

If you were unable to attend results day, you can arrange for results to be posted out to you, do not just turn up at school. Please telephone 01438 222500 or email v.pettifer@barnwell.herts.sch.uk.
Under NO circumstances will examination results be issued over the telephone.

Please note that examinations staff will only be in school on the results days shown above. If you do not collect your results on the day, your call or email will be responded to on or after 5^th September 2025.
