Leaving School

Barnwell School is an 11-18 mixed school.  This means that we have students, both boys and girls in Years 7 through to 13.  Since the expansion of the school in September 2006 we have had students on both our East and West Campuses. 

From September 2008, all Year 7, 8 and 9 students are on the West Campus (Middle) and Years 10, 11, 12 and 13 are on the East Campus (Upper). 

This means that on the:

West Campus we have students in Years 7-9

East Campus we have students in Years 10-13

The growth in numbers has meant more choice and more opportunities for our students both in terms of subjects and options as well as clubs and activities.

The school is consistently very popular and heavily oversubscribed being one of the most popular schools in Hertfordshire
