At this moment in time school is only open for our key worker and vulnerable student provision. We will update parents/carers and students as soon as we have further information.
From Tuesday 5th January, all students will be expected to access live online lessons via Microsoft Teams, during their normal timetabled lessons, and work will be set through a combination of Teams and SMHW. Guidance on accessing lessons and remote learning can be found on the Remote Learning page of our school website.
If your child does not have appropriate IT equipment, beyond a mobile phone, to access remote learning, we may be able to support with this. Please complete this form asap and we will be in contact.
For more details on the remote learning provision at Barnwell School (updated January 2021), please click here to access the Remote education provision: information for parents/carers.
In order for students to access remote learning alongside live lessons, they need to click the link below, and sign into their Office365 school account.
As a school, we must follow the guidelines set out by the Government and Public Health England to ensure we minimise the spread of COVID-19.
If your lessons are delivered live on Microsoft Teams there are a number of points to be aware of to to ensure you get the most out of these lessons.
Please download the guidance documents below, to ensure students can access our live learning through MS Teams if groups / classes of students are officially isolated.
