Year 10 Booster Vaccinations

The Health Department is offering Year 10 students the opportunity to have their Booster Vaccinations - Tetanus, Diptheria and Polio - at school on 26th January. Consent forms are available from Mrs Allingham.
The Booster is on 26th January on the East Campus.
If students do not return their consent forms the vaccinations will have to be given at their GPs.
