Forgotten Smartcards, money or lunch

- If you forget your lunch, money or smart card please speak to Mrs Board in the main office at break time only. On some occasions Mrs Board will be able to give you a voucher to the value of £2 for one day only.
If you have a packed lunch or pay for lunch: Students will need to see Mrs Board in the office who will keep a log to record your name and will ensure that the money borrowed is repaid the next day.
If you have Free School Meals and have forgotten your card, a temporary voucher will be issued to you on that day only. Mrs Board will issue this card and log your details.
If you lose/damage your smart card a temporary card will be issued for a limited period of time and you will be asked to pay for a new card (£2.50). Ms Castle the Catering Manager will keep a log of all students who have a temporary card and will liaise with Mrs Board to ensure that the temporary card is returned promptly. We only have a limited number of temporary cards available.
At lunchtime you can exchange the voucher for a meal to the value of £2.
