Trip to Ardeche - Important News

Parents/students are reminded that the students need a valid passport and EHIC card - these MUST be handed to Mr Brown by Friday 16th July.
Coach times:
August 2nd - Students to meet at Barnwell East Campus rear entrance (Redwing Close) at 13:15. Coach will leave at 14:00 prompt
August 10th - Arrive back to Barnwell East at approximately 11:30am
Kit List:
You will be required to bring the following:
- Casual wear for travel including a fleece or jumper
- Waterproof jacket
- Swimming shorts/costume
- Water shoes
- old clothes to canoe in
- evening wear
- underwear
- themed outfit
- trainers or suitable shoes to wear aorund the resort
Other essentials:
- sleeping bag and pillow
- wash bag
- towels x 2
- high factor sunscreen 25+
- sun hat
- insect repellent
- torch and batteries
- medication
- Food and Water for the journey
- magazines, books, playing cards for journey (optional)
All should be packed into one case, preferably not a rucksack. Students may also have one peice ofb hand luggage.
Students should be present when their case is packed in order to be able to affirm that they packed the case themselves.
