Cash-card update for new students at Barnwell
You may recall that at the start of the term we were unable to distribute new students with cards due to an issue with the operators of the system. We are pleased to inform you that we have a new operator and supplier of the cards and expect that the new system will be running by October half term. At this point we will organise the distribution of cards and guide students in the use of the machines to top cards up with cash. Alternatively, cheques may be handed to the canteen staff with the students card to put money on. We should like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the transition between providers and hope that the new system provides a convenient way for your child to purchase their lunch at Barnwell school.
