National Poetry Day - 8th October 2009
The theme this year is Heroes and Heroines. Who is your hero - a poet, an inspirational leader, a sportwoman or the local lollipop lady?
As usual the Learning Resource Centre is running a poetry writing competition and invites sudents to send their entries in. Prizes will be awarded to the winning entries.
