Careers Fair
Barnwell Sixth Form play host to the annual Careers Fair on Friday 3rd February. Students in Years 9 - 11 will have the opportunity of meeting and questioning local businesses and establishments of further education on grades needed and paths to follow for their ideal jobs and careers.

Year 9 Options Evening - 8th February
Parents attention is drawn to the date for the Year 9 Options Evening. It is on Wednesday 8th February 2012 and not in March as printed in the recent letter.

Bright Lights....Lighting Workshop
Around 28 students will be learning the ropes at a Lighting Workshop later this afternoon. Smoke machines, lazers and lights aplenty! Thanks to Ross for leading and to Tornado Event Hire for loan of the equipment.

Students with a flair for creative writing are being offered the opportunity to enter a short story into the LRC West competition to celebrate National Storytelling Week.
