Secondary School Allocation - Clarification PLEASE READ

The allocation procedure has changed this year to be accessible online therefore:
If you completed the application online you should have received notification via email of your child's allocated place.
You can then go online again and accept the place if you wish to do so.
Parents that filled in a paper version of the application should have received a paper notification - this too needs to be accepted and sent back to County.
If you did not receive the placement that you wish for your child, you have the option to appeal and to be put on a Continued Interest List. If this is the case, we recommend that you accept the initial offer and continue to Appeal.
The Student Details Form (green coloured A4 paper) that was sent out with our Welcome letter is NOT ACCEPTANCE OF A PLACE AT BARNWELL. This is additional information that we require for the school records.
