French Language Film Wins 2 Awards

Winning Best Script Writing and Best Story Boarding, the group of students had a wonderful evening watching other schools entries and were rewarded with certificates, a goodie bag and a memory stick.
Well done to Michael Lloyd, Sophie Clempson, India Cook, Tyler Cook, Morgan Price, Freddie Saunders, Sophie Arnold, Helena Shivji, Jill Gardener.
And a big thanks to all the staff involved, especially Ms Casey, Mrs Cowburn and Miss Hanna.
The project was the idea of Anglia Ruskin University and Routes into Languages, which targetted KS3 students into writing, directing and producing a short film - of any genre - in a foreign language with English subtitles.
Le Cauchemar a Barnwell hit the silver screen in Cambridge on monday 21st June 2010 and was followed by an award ceremony.
