Mayors Business Challenge As part of the 60th Birthday celebrations of Stevenage New Town the Mayor Simon Speller arranged for all the secondary schools and colleges in Stevenage to have the opportunity to take part in a Business Challenge.
Fame TV Competition. As part of Enterprise Week, we held a competition to design a logo for a new television station Fame TV.
Barnwell School students have their say. During the Vox Pops interviews conducted by Stevenage Borough Council. 30 students from Barnwell School took part in the second session of the Vox pops project in Stevenage during Local Democracy Week in October 2006.
Barnwell School wins the MBDA Twenty:50 competition. Twenty:50 Year 8 “What will your world look like tomorrow?” The idea of the project was “To create a vision of an environmentally sustainable home/office/school/commercial building (inclusive of furniture) for the year 2050.
Natwest Tender Challenge 2006 For the 3rd year running during Enterprise Week Barnwell school hosted the Natwest Tender Challenge for year 9 students.
Barnwell School Orchestra entertains the Herts Chamber On Wednesday 13th December the orchestra and members of staff entertained in their very own style.
Natwest Students at Barnwell Schoolhave the opportunity to enjoy many different experiences over the course of a school year.

Business and Enterprise Day 12th Jan 2006 On the 12 th January the whole school was transformed for the day, all students were off timetable and involved in a wide and varied menu of activities.
